Sky Sports  understand that Everton rejected Chelsea’s bid for  their central defender(£30M) John Stones, aged 21; Toffees expect another offer…£40M ?

After losing the Ramos (Real Madrid) deal, will Manchester United lose Pedro’s transfer  from Barcelona, too? Manchester City, are proposing more money(£2M more) than their opponents. Mourinho’s Chelsea are on the player, too. May the best(or worst) man win !

Mediaset understand that star agent Horge Mendes travelled to Manchester to tie  up two hot transfers; first the signing of Nicolas Otamendi to Manchester City and secondly to put a (happy?) end to David De Gea’s difficult situation with his current club, Manchester United.

Will injury-prone  Christian Gourcuff, sign to Watford ? The french international is also courted by several Ligue 1 clubs, Rennes, Bordeaux, Guingamp and Montpellier.

West Brom Albion, rejected Tottenhams bid (£15 M) for their star striker, Saido Berahino; the club don’t want to sell him”we won’t sell that player, that was what I said to Spurs president Daniel Levy” declared WBA president Jeremy Peace. North London’s club are desperate for another striker, so they could  propose much more to lure the player at White Hart Lane.

Sunderland are keen on Utrecht frenchie, Sébastien Haller, but they’ll have to pay the price; De Telegraaf  understand that it could be around  £8-9 M.

SERIE A

Serie’s A Champion Juventus, are on the prowl for reinforcements; Tottenham Hotspur rejected the bid for their prized midfielder  Christian Eriksen but the Old Lady,won’t give up; Eric Lamela, another Spur player  and FC Porto’s Alex Sandro  are also on the club’s buying list.

Is there a gentleman agreement between  Milan AC  owner Silvio Berlusconi and PSG’s super star, Zlatan Ibrahimovic ? Il Cavaliere  declared that he has the player’s promise  to join Milan if he decides to leave the Parisian club.

LIGUE 1

Who’s going to coach Olympique de Marseille ? The french club is still looking for “El Loco” Bielsa’s replacement; Jurgen Klopp and  Cesare Pradelli have already declined the club’s offer, Italy’s Roberto Donadoni  and Michel are next on Marseille’s short list.

First announced at Tottenham, Florian Thauvin is en route to Newcastle ; Rémy Cabella (Newcastle) will come to Marseille on loan; Thauvin’s transfer fee is estimated around 16-17 M Euros.

PSG’s Thiago Motta is staying with the Parisian Qatari owned club; Ezequiel Lavezzi could leave, if the price is right. England or Italy ?
