Hello, everyone, here’s Winter’s Window, Day 28/29 report.

Signings :

Last minute: Fletcher’s deal with West Ham is cancelled; Manchester United’s direction had agreed to let the Scottish player, leave the club and sign on free, but Hammer’s boss Sam Allardyce, changed his mind and wants a loan deal; unacceptable for Man. U so the player is back to his club, where he can’t have any playing time, even if he’s a homegrown Red Devil.

Former Lyon’s player, Gaël Danic, signed an 18 months contract on free, for Corsican club, Bastia.

A young Colombian is the latest bianconero; Andres Tello ( FC Envigado) aged 18, midfielder, is Juventus latest recruit. The youngster will join Under-18 B team till the end of the season.

Italian defender Luca Antonelli, is loaned to AC Milano, his former club, by his current one, Genoa. Italian medias understand that there’s also a buying clause of 4M Euros, for the Italian international(7 Caps).

Chelsea’s Didier Drogba, aged 37, announced on french tv( TF1) a year’s extension, with the Blues.

Rumors (or almost):

Serie’s A club, La Roma, need urgently, another midfielder to replace injured Kevin Strootman and boss Rudy Garcia is keen to sign his former club’s Captain, Rio Mavuba, but will LOSC Lille let their prized player leave at the middle of the season ?

Premier League’s André Schürrle, Germany bound or not? The deal was on, by both parties, but now it seems that Chelsea want more than £30M and Wolfsburg are not keen to spend more than the agreed fee.

West Ham’s defender,  Winston Reid, Tottenham bound? The 26-year-old, is out of contract this summer and the Spurs are willing to offer £60k per week + £1M signing on-free.

Tottenham’s Aaron Lennon, to Hull ? It seems that the player is having second thoughts, about joining a club so near to relegation; there are also, some other options (AS Monaco) but  it’s difficult for them to reach a financial agreement, with the North London’s club.

Will PSG have big problems with FIFA’s regulations ? Yes, if Atletico Madrid, file a complaint against the Parisians. Why? It’s no secret that the Quatari owner wants a new coach, for the current one, Laurent Blanc, can’t acheive what it was expected from the club ; so PSG contacted Atletico’s coach Diego Simeone, directly, without informing the Spanish club to ask permission. FIFA’s rules are very clear( Art.18.3): A  club wishing to sign a contract with a professional player, is obliged to inform his current club in writing, before starting any negotiations( but not if the player’s contract expires in less than six months  and that’s not the case). Any breach, will be subject to appropriate sanctions.”

It seems that Paris proposed to double Simeone’s wages;  it’s very generous, but it could cost more than that! FIFA can forbid the transfer , fine heavily the Parisians, or even  exclude them from a competition!

That’s all for today, more to come shortly !
